Member Information

To search by a member's name, first enter their last name, then (optionally) their first name. You can only enter a first name once a last name has been entered.
Leaving the name field blank will give you all members.

You can further specify either male-only or female-only members. The default is all members.

Contact Lens Mentors & Certified Contact Lens Fitters

You can narrow your search to only members who are certified contact lens fitters
and/or
who are contact lens mentors.
If you choose contact lens mentors, you will need to further specify whether they are qualified to either supervise soft lenses or supervise soft and rigid lenses.

Registration Status

This option lets you narrow your search by viewing all Registered Opticians who hold a current certificate of registration, either practicing or non-practicing.

This option allows you to narrow your search to members who provide very specific services.

Practice Name

This option allows you to search by a business name. If you are not sure of the entire name you can enter the first few letters. For example "hak" will bring up "Hakim", along with any other businesses beginning with those letters.
