Intern Renewal

Applications are mailed by July 1 of each year to the member’s last known address

Payment by cheque, money order, certified cheque, Visa or MasterCard in the amount of $106.00 (which includes GST). Any cheques returned by the bank or credit card transactions which cannot be processed or are declined will incur a $40.00 administration charge, and may be considered as late.
Renewal must be received on or before September 1 or a late renewal fee of $53.00 will be charged.
Intern Opticians are only entitled to renew to a maximum of one renewal
