Why did you receive a mailing from us?
Our email communication is permission based. The College mass emails are distributed in bulk and can appear as junk email to some systems. Please do the following:
- Whitelist Incoming Emails: Upon receipt of a mass emails, while in email add the sender email address to your Safe Senders List
How to change your email and hardcopy mail address with the College:
- Ensure your current email address is reflected on your annual Registration Renewal Form.
- Additionally, you may Visit www.coptont.org (select Resource Room)
Print a Change of Address Form and indicate the revised email address.
How we protect your privacy
We use appropriate security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.
We will not share any information you give us with anyone outside of the College of Opticians of Ontario except when required or permitted by law, and with those suppliers, or agencies that need to have access to the information to provide the services/documentation you have requested. We protect your personal information with appropriate security measures, and we require our suppliers to do the same.
